If you're interested in an item that is currently on back order or is not in stock, you can contact us by calling and one our representatives will let you know when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes due to the high volume of orders on products, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally and will be able to help you find an alternate item.

Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. For your utmost convenience we fully insure each order all the way to you. Meaning that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx.


If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This helps insure and protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.


If you are not available to receive your order on a weekday, we are able to arrange your order to be shipped to you on Saturday. FedEx Saturday Service, available in the vast majority of US cities, is subject to availability. If Saturday Service is unavailable in your area, we can arrange for you to pick up your package at the FedEx World Service Center nearest you. Talisman Creations is proud to announce that we offer shipping to Canada and the US via FedEx at the request of our customers. Shipping charges will be calculated and all purchases are fully insured. Residents not residing in Canada are be responsible for duties and taxes/brokerage fees.


Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to the Province on Ontario Canada. Other Taxes applicable to Canadian Residents (GST and HST) are also charged as required with Canada.
